Havent been able to put it together yet because I got some of the wrong pieces. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they will be sending replacement parts. Will update once its assembled... Once assembled it’s great.

On the plus side making this furniture was not difficult as every major part was labeled. I had one minor problem with one piece, and they have quickly sent me a replacement. The quality is disapointing for its cost . It is made of a rough chipboard, with most externally visible surfaces covered with a wood veneer. Unfortunately the rough chipboard is visible under the lower file drawer and along the sides - see my photo - unlike their photo.

We ordered two of these. One arrived in the damaged box shown in the photo, but all the pieces were there. However, the other photo shows that the bottom drawer sits back too far and exposes the particle board beneath it. You can see how it compares to the other cabinet which is correct. That's why I gave 4 stars.

Update: After putting this together, I discovered you can't hang 14" legal files, as the width between the plastic hangers is 15.5", so it's useless. Now I have to buy metal file hangers to put in the drawers instead. While this file cabinet is made of particle board, it is constructed well and the veneer seems to be real wood. It looks really nice. It is legal size, so you will need legal size hanging file folders. When constructing it, to get the plastic hangers on the sides, I had to start at the edges and slowly work the plastic onto the drawer sides. I used a small hammer to tap it along. Otherwise, it wrecks the veneer. The instructions were good too.

Fast ship and easy to put together

Doesn’t come with all the parts. Ordered 4 and none of them have the building pieces needed to out these together. Nightmare

Don't pull both drawers out at once or the entire cabinet tips over

Good quality and fits perfectly in my office.
