Chair is just as the described. I’ve been through multiple desk chairs over the past couple of years and this one is by far the best. It’s very comfortable. I love the back height , lumbar support and adjustable arms.

I am very happy with my purchase. I am short and it drove me crazy that in order to sit all the way back in my desk chair, the cushion was past the bend in my knees. I was able to adjust this chair to an exact fit. Some people have said it was difficult to get the back of the chair aligned to screw it in. If you slide it down as far as it will go and take a rubber mallet and tap underneath where the screws go on each side, they line up perfectly.
