Buffet décoratif 2 portes Orrington

Cabinet is not solid wood, like the title states. Some pieces are labeled manufactured wood. Also, I had to order twice because the first shipment arrived damaged. The 2nd ship also had minor damages, but I took a mallet to pieces to get them to better align. There are some dents and the doors don't align well. I'm trying to find someone who can adjust them. They are pretty and a nice size. Too bad the packaging isn't a little better. However, Wayfair was great with the first replacement and allowed me to return the original order without penalty.

This cabinet is absolutely beautiful. It came assembled and is of good quality. I ordered two to go on either side of my fireplace. They look fabulous. Unfortunately I was very disappointed that one item was damaged. It has a dent in one of the doors, a scrape on the bottom corner and a nail pop on the top. On contacting customer service, I was offered two choices. A rebate of 175$ on a 785$ cabinet or free pickup and refund. I was satisfied with option 2 but was then informed that my Waydays promo could not be honored and I would have to pay an additional 200$ to order a replacement on top of the painstaking task of rewrapping and boxing up the item. Its unfortunate that Wayfair made the return of a damaged item add additional costs to a customer.
