I cannot tell you enough how much I hate this futon. It was a bit of a challenge to put together, but the mattress was a horrible experience. It is heavy and very difficult to maneuver. It won't close without absolute gymnastic efforts and I've basically decided that I will never allow it to be in the bed position ever again. If I could return the awful thing, I would, but I had to pay someone to get the parts upstairs and I'm not about to pay someone to get this ridiculous thing back downstairs just to try to figure out how to return it. The worst money I've ever spent..

Our futon arrived on the exact day they said it would. It was fairly easy to assemble and seems to be of good sound quality. I wish the mattress was just a bit thicker but it’s quite comfortable to sit on. We plan to use it as a bed when guests come hence my wishing the mattress was just a little bit thicker. But overall it seems very much as advertised.

Beautiful, well made piece of furniture we expect to last many years. Putting it together took about 30 minutes for my husband and I. Mattress is firm, but with the addition of a good mattress pad, this created an excellent guest bed.

It was not Grey but black I would like to exchange my black cover for a Grey one.

I like the look of it, but it isn’t very comfortable. It’s also kind of awkward as the angle of the seat is more steep than I like.
