Everything arrived looking almost identical to online photo. Seats and back cushions were thick and firm. The color of the pillows coordinated beautifully with loveseat color, a soothing neutral. Perfect size for my new apartment. Delivery team was very courteous and they made sure it was in the correct spot before cleaning up all plastic wrap and paper, leaving nothing but the beauty of my new loveseat!
