The couch is comfortable and cute. But the color is off. Online it looks like a very light grey but in real life it’s much darker. It also was very difficult to put together

The couch itself is beautiful, but it is a pain to put together. You definitely need at least 2 people. It seems pretty straight forward, but the directions are useless and most of the pieces had to be jammed together. I had 5 people working on this couch and we still could not line up the curved corner piece. After spending all day trying to put this together, I gave up and decided that the curved back piece only needed to be connected at one side. I will have to fix this eventually, but it works for now.. lol. The couch itself is exactly as advertised. It is beautiful and the velvet fabric is incredible soft. It is on the firmer side, but that is to be expected. Please note that the fabric is very delicate, so I am not sure how this will hold up in the long run. Overall, I am happy with my purchase!

Horrible. Bought another couch in less than a year. Invest in something that will last.

Beautiful piece of furniture!! I gave 4/5 simply because it was a little cumbersome to put together - we had to disassemble twice to get it right. But my family LOVES it. Very firm but very comfy.

Defective with lining and white spots on the arms. Discolor on one of the turted chair. Under chair fabric also got ripped.
