I love this sectional, really big fits my family and my two year old approves as well. Great delivery, took a few weeks for shipping but firm and sooo comfortable and big.

The couch was within expectations. Delivery speed was fair. Deliver team left MUCH to be desired. One piece damaged. However, getting a replacement piece has been efficient so far. If the deliver team provided a pleasant experience, this would be an easy 4 star or maybe 5 stars…even with the damage given the replacement experience.
