Great piece of furniture. Well made looks great!

The nightstand came with minimal assembly required. It was just the cabinet pulls that needed to be removed from the inside and placed outside. This made it easier for shipping purposes I assume. The color is definitely a deeper brown color than a gray. The wood isn't smooth so it does feel like you could get a splinter if you were to run your hands across it but it's not likely. Overall, it is what I was looking for and needed.

Sadly, must avoid. We ordered this as a suite with a chest of drawers. After THREE consecutive faulty drawers on the matching sidetables, we gave up. The sliding guides are cheap and triple-sleeved. TINY screws that can't stay in and impossible to access.

Heavy, well constructed piece of furniture. Drawers slide nicely on the metal glides. They call it grey but I say it is more espresso like the photo shows. That is what I was hoping for and that is what I got.

I was a bit worried about purchasing these nightstand tables, after reading some of the reviews, but I must say, I am very pleased with my purchase. The color is definitely more on the espresso brown spectrum, which I like. The quality looks expensive, and not that cheap particle board. Each nightstand, is quite sturdy and heavy. No problems with the gliding of the drawers. I love the hardware... just all around happy with this purchase.
