Schweizer Storage Bed

Looks great in our bedroom. Well constructed.

The furniture is ok but the process of delivery and assembly earns a 1 star. First my tracking of the shipment showed that the items were delivered but they never were. It took a week to find the delivery and then another couple days to get in delivered so all-in-all the furniture showed up 1.5 weeks late. Once the furniture was delivered, the assembly that I paid extra for never occurred. I had to call Wayfair multiple times to figure out the problem and finally someone came out 5 days later to assemble it. Once the assembly was complete, I had go back and redo some screws that were left out and tighten the ones that were in. Customer service was ok along the long with one individual actually taking the time to help me but otherwise I did not receive follow-ups. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Wayfair for any home needs going forward.

I absolutely love this bed and concept. It comes in 4 huge boxes but is pretty much put together. The right and left base are put together which means you don't need to assemble drawers! Headboard and footboard attach easily and are secure. I would recommend just putting your mattress on the top and not a box spring. Not unless you are extremely tall, have a very tall ceiling, or use steps to get into bed. With the bed plus a mattress, it comes right to my waist and I am 5'8"
