Kingstown Sovereign Poster Bed

Beautiful bed I just received it yesterday. The set up went very easily. The quality is very good.

Stunning piece, excellent quality. Solid and heavy heirloom grade materials. I took a picture of the back (from behind the headboard), in case like me anyone wants to place the bed in the center of the room (I did have to remove a couple of big stubborn stickers). Pairs beautifully with the matching tall chest (shown in far left of 1st pic). The headboard padding has a tiny bit of give, which I like. Took almost a year for it to arrive, ( I live in Hawaii), but it was 100 worth it! Arrived completely defect free due to how well it was packed for shipping.

I loved the final bed after assembly. I think the quality of wood used is excellent. I like the distressed look. It fits my room very well.

Defectively built. Totally Unusable as the slats and mattress will not fit. At the foot board it looks like the left foot was drilled and glued to the right side and the right foot is on the left. This results in the sides sloping inwards by 4 inches. I measured it with a tape measure. The part is simply defective. It’s nothing about how I built it. Pictures attacked of the outside width at the headboard versus at the footboard. Also the headboard arrived cracked, which is not acceptable but that could either be a shipping issue or a construction issue. The bed would be great if it were built to specification at the foot board.

Love it, a lot of boxes to unpack but so worth it.
