Beautiful bed…. Solid wood, very heavy and sturdy.

Erick and Jose did a fabulous job delivering this Tommy Bahama Home bed. It is a very well made, heavy bed and needed to be carried up 2 half flights of stairs. Erick and Jose took their time, making sure they did not damage the walls or wood stairway. Excellent job and I love love my bed!

The bed is really well made, very heavy and sturdy. The delivery was flawless. They notified me the morning of the delivery and then again 30 minutes before they arrived. They were very professional and courteous and did a great job assembling the bed and taking away the packaging. Very impressed with the entire experience!

I absolutely LOVE this bed!!! It's classy and elevates my bedroom. The bed deserves 5 stars but WAYFAIR customer service deserves -5 stars! I have always experienced excellent customer service from Wayfair until this purchase. Delivery included "white glove" service which is bringing the time inside the home, assembling and box removal. The exact opposite happened!!!! The delivery team entered my home with filthy boxes, marked up my walls, stairs and ceiling . They placed 2 large filthy boxes on my freshly cleaned carpet and said they were NOT assembling. Wayfair customer service was HORRIBLE and made the infuriating experience worse. I was transferred several times, hung up on 3 times and their resolution was subpar at best. Again, I LOVE the bed but will NEVER order from Wayfair again. If you want the bed, it can easily be found on a different website for the same price. Go THERE!!!
