Spinner gets stuck every now and then Good size to be able to play with and then store

I guess I shouldn’t have expected casino quality for the price I paid. The wheel works however the balance is not very good and the ball often gets stuck on the rim and does not drop. The pill is very light so perhaps a heavier one might help.

The item I received was complete garbage. I ordered a roulette wheel. It arrived, on time, for Christmas. I had planned to use it for a holiday event. Now I have to change my event because it is too late to return the item or replace it. My only choice it to attempt to modify it, which will remove my ability to return it. A roulette wheel has a simple purpose – to turn. The one I received doesn’t turn because either the orifice in which the wheel sits and/or the wheel are misshapen. The wheel binds up when you turn it so that it only makes 1 or 2 rotations before it stops at the SAME place – not idea for something that is supposed to have a random outcome. We tried to lubricate the wheel and we tried to change the height of the wheel but neither have worked. There was further problem in that one of the spinner arms is loose and cannot be tightened because the hardware for it is shoddy. I am extremely disappointed and am not likely to use the site, the vendor or the wheel manufacturer again.
