I initially ordered two of these stools for my bar. The stools themselves are ok. They are relatively comfortable. One of them will not sit flush on the floor and rocks back and forth. This is a large color variation between the two of them which is apparent when they are side by side. I ordered another one so I had a full set for a party. When it showed up, it was obviously the wrong product. I didn't fully unpack it for easy return. I immediately let them know and requested they send out a replacement ASAP as I had ordered it for a get together. They said they were looking into it and then 5 days later, still no work and nothing sent out. Wayfair customer service was good to deal with but the distributor was very poor.
