The chairs are beautiful however they are small in scale and from the back the iron sticks out, looking unfinished. Unfortunately, I am returning them.

The color of the chair is lighter than the stock photo. It is more of a saddle brown than a true brown (I placed a side by side comparison to a true brown ottoman we had to give you an idea). We had originally planned on using this as a desk chair in the office but the hard, plastic feel of the chair may make it difficult to sit in over long periods of time. It does look nice and it certainly fits the room it is in well. The “stitching” on the chair is only on the front, the molded back does not have the same detailing. It does seem like a versatile accent chair that would compliment modern to mid-century modern styles. But, I’d suggest using it mostly as a decorative accent rather than a heavily-used chair.
