This platform bed is wonderful for a child’s room or a guest room. It is a good, solid basic bed that will work in most any type of bedroom. The grey color is pretty, more of a silver toned bed. Looks nice in our boys room.

Love this bed. It’s perfect for a kids bedroom. The o Lu issue I have had is that the frame has a post right in the middle and I stub my toe on it a lot. Other than that we love it! The color is great and it was easy to assemble.

The Auzie Platform bed is wonderful! The frame is made primarily of metal with wood accents. The black colored steel is mostly hollow but very sturdy. Its dark color hides any small imperfections and matches very well with the natural grain of the wood. Putting together the bed frame was simple and quick, taking only about 45 minutes. The instructions included only six steps, and were very clear and had only pictograms, so assembly went smoothly without having to backtrack at all. There are five supports under the bed as well as the head board and base board and all touch points to the ground are capped with plastic to make it easy to move around without leaving any marks on the floors. The nine supports and four crossbars give a solid feeling to the bed frame and distribute weight well enough to work with any mattress. The length from headboard to baseboard gives some extra room for a standard sized mattress, which is great when you are trying to put on sheets or make your bed in the morning. It is sturdy but extremely light, even when fully constructed. Definitely light enough for one person to move on their own.

This bed took two months to arrive, and when it did the box had been re-taped, and pieces were bent. It was apparent that things had been opened prior to us receiving this bed because the zip ties (that had been cut) were left in the box. Very disappointed with quality control on this product.
