Overall all it was pretty easy to put together (a concern of mine after a terrible attempt at a piece of IKEA furniture). I was initially concerned because a the end pieces arrived with dents and bowing and as I was building other pieces didn't seem to align together. Overcoming this required some "gentle" hammering of the end pieces to straighten and moving back and forth between all the screws to get them in a bit at a time. However, as I was finishing up with the metal pieces, the frame it came together. It would have been helpful if the wooden pieces had some holes started in order to get the screws in a bit easier. I misplaced my drill so I had to screw in by hand and I definitely needed some elbow grease. Finally I feel like the directions/pictures to add the wood pieces would have been impossible. Those shelves are heavy and the directions said to put the piece upside down to screw the shelves to the frame, well gravity would have made that impossible. I put the piece on the side and alternated the screws, even then I needed to stand it back up and firmly push the wooden shelf back down to ensure it was on top of the frame and tighten up the screws. Once finished I am very happy with it. It's the perfect size for my tv space and I love how it looks. I also feel like it's solidly built, important with an 11 month old who likes to shake my furniture. Delivery was great, it came earlier than I had expected.

Absolutely love it coordinated all my living room tables to go with the Shelf my friend had given me. Im very satisfied.

I am very happy with this purchase. It's very sturdy and looks great in my space. Took me a couple of hours to assemble, but the item is worth it!
