Super heavy duty base. Wood on top was more of a cherry color (which we didn’t want) so we sanded it down and conditioned instead. Also wish the bolts were higher quality with threads in the base. Otherwise happy with purchase!

Delivery was quick. Assembly went well. Sadly, the stool is not level. I feel like I’m sitting on a slope. It is better at lower heights but as you go up the more out of balance it gets. It is not the wooden seat, it must be in the lift mechanism.
