Box came completely damaged and was told no refund even when I sent photos. Screws were missing for the back support that is vital to keeping this thing up right which is crazy. Almost every shelf was damaged in someway and now that I put books on it the weight capacity it looks like the wood is bending :(

Great size, love the larger depth of the shelves, which is why I bought it. Feels sturdy once it comes together correctly. This would have been super easy to put together, but unfortunately one of the holes in the crossbar didn't line up correctly to the side panel not matter what we did. Due to how the shelves just snap on to the side panels, this shelf will just fall over if you don't have that crossbar attached correctly. We had to go buy a drill bit that could go through metal and re-drill the hole to make it work. It's great now, but a little disappointing to have spent $250 on a defective shelf. Doesn't make it feel worth the money.
