Disappointed that this does not adjust to low seat heights. I am 5'4 with a taller upper body, so my legs are shorter. I can't get the chair low enough that my knees are slightly above my hips, which would be ergonomically correct. So, for shorter people it might not be a good desk chair. Also, during assembly the washers are not the right size at all and will not fit with the necessary screws for that step. I left them off.
