The chair is BEAUTIFUL!! It is a QUALITY piece of furniture. However, I had problems with delivery. The chair arrived damaged. It was also left at the bottom of a 180' driveway, virtually on the street. WIthout hassle, Wayfair replaced the chair. The second chair arrived intact, but it too was left at the bottom of the driveway. I called to complain and I receive a significant discount. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service. Kudos to Wayfair. They ate the cost despite the damage being caused by the carrier.
