Well built and most of all, comfortable for hours. Expensive but a great investment for a bad back.

Very strange- I left a poor review (the first review on this product on Wayfair) about one week ago when my order arrived BROKEN, and here I am having to retype my review since it mysteriously disappeared and a four star review in it's place. I am very upset with this product. I wanted to purchase this as a gift and went out of my way to order from an American company and waited patiently for weeks for this item only to have the chair barely hanging on it's hinges and shattered plastic on the bottom of the shipping box. How does a company that makes chairs for thousands of dollars trip over the finish line and have such poor packaging with little to no support? I even paid for special delivery... I would think there would be more care in their product. If it's not the company to blame- they need to seriously bring up the poor delivery by WAYFAIR. Lost a customer. I only gave two stars for the redeeming quick refund and pick up return by Wayfair.
