I returned the first one, and got the second, but same problem. This chair is not like we see it in your picture. It doesn’t fill well. It remains shrunk I most part, especially at the top headshoulder) part. Because of that, the whole thing becomes lousy. I took this picture after 72 hrs, though you say in your instruction it will be perfect in 72 hrs. I am regret buying this product. I like all other products I bought, especially the bed, and I trusted you on this one too. You have lost my trust, I m sorry. I just measured every angle you show on your commercial photo measurements. It’s lower by 2-7 inches, 7 inches less on the headshoulder side.

Droppy and disappointing. Color is sad faded versus website. Foam has not expanded after several weeks and customer service said it was basically my tough luck. The ottoman is so slanted that my two year old can’t sit on it without falling off (hilarious, but also upsetting). Tried to return this, but it came compressed and is now too large to get it into a packing box. Do not purchase!

Turned out so great for my living room, it did take more than 72 hours to get fully to size. Perfect for my 2 little kids, should have bought 2!

I would not recommend this product. It lacks the ability to expand, which is a significant drawback. Additionally, the quality is very poor, which further diminishes its value and usability. Overall, it is not a worthwhile investment.

Not exactly as pictured. Back isn't as high as seen in the photos. Other than that, the item is fine.
