Sent a 29" long chair 2 times not the 63" loveseat as shown. The first one never inflated- just 3 hard blocks inside..tried to get a refund..rep begged me to allow a 1 time replacement to make it right..if not right he would give me my money back. I agreed..second one came in..a 29" chair that did inflate- still.not the 63" long one as shown w blue marks all over it.. I asked for a refund and first was told item wad ineligible because I had it replaced..thankfully I had screen shots of the convo w the rep and finally allowed to return this chair and authorized a refund..although that is still not showing on my credit card..if u think you're getting a 2 seater loveseat as shown..u might get it..u might get what I got without an option to return
