The first futon mattress we ordered arrived with small oil like droplet stains all over. Wayfair sent a replacement mattress that arrived today and it too, had small stains all over. So now we have two damaged futon mattress and only one box to return them in. Wayfair won’t provide a second box and each has to be returned in its own box. The best they could offer was a 15% refund and kept the two damaged futon mattresses. Don’t order these futon mattresses unless you want damaged goods.
