Overall the bean bag chair is comfortable and the color matches the pictures on-line. I give it three stars for two reasons: 1) the back of the bean bag chair doesn’t support someone sitting back… you end up leaning pretty far back if you rest on it unless you have some pillows behind you, 2) one of the seems was ripped upon first delivery and replacing/returning it was a bit of a nightmare… thankfully after about a week one of the customer service reps helped resolve it

Pretty comfy, but tore up right in the middle when kids jumped on it. There is no back support like in the picture, but this is just for kids room so not a problem.
