I like this futon frame. Lots of parts to put together, but if you follow the instructions carefully, it goes together well. Only complaint would be small scratches on finish, but since it's covered by the futon, it's not a big deal.

Nice couch, but horrible delivery(box dumped end of driveway on road)

This futon frame is so poorly designed. The pieces don’t fit together andor don’t line up. The dowels didn’t fit into the holes. Do not buy! Terrible quality.

I've had this for a few months and the first time I had it set up as a couch, my friend sat down on it too fast and broke the edge slat between the middle and right corner. The threaded insert keeping the middle support leg attached got stripped, meaning that leg doesn't stay in place anymore. As a result I layed down on it too fast (I only weigh about 150 pounds) and now the three slats on one side are completely split down the middle. My mattress is now completely drooped down on one side. I did attempt a quick repair after the first incident that didn't hold up, but that was to be expected. Regardless, I wouldn't recommend this product.

Once I had it assembled, which was not hard. I like it. It's simple and it works well for my space.
