I love this table. It’s solid and heavy but with some felt on the bottom it moves pretty easily. When we first tried expanding it, it was difficult to get it lined up. But it’s adjusted to the temperature in the room. The colour is great, neutral enough to go with my light floors and bright walls. The crevice referred to in other reviews is between the main table top and the edges that frame it. There aren’t indentations between every panel of wood, which would be too cumbersome for us.

This was a terrible experience with Wayfair. First of all two of the four chairs ordered were damaged….but later replaced. The table on the order showed “ticket created” but never picked up so, finally the table was reordered……which arrived later damaged! Another call to Wayfair and a second…..or maybe third….order for table was placed. The second table arrived damaged as well!! Since the first table was not requested to be returned enough pieces from the two damaged tables were used to assemble a table. It had blemishes, but at least it is standing. What made assembly difficult is that the pieces of one table were glued and the other screwed together! Very poor quality. The set was ordered for my Daughter and Grandson in Houston….I am in Colorado. Since it would have been extremely difficult and costly for her to try and box up everything for return, we made the decision to keep the junk. Otherwise I would have sent everything back for a refund. Now I have to get someone to haul the scraps away……nothing is suitable or salvageable for someone like Habitat for Humanity to use. I am very disappointed in this experience and will probably NEVER try to order anything from Wayfair again. You need to have better control over the suppliers you represent because it is Wayfair that gets blamed for this type of experience. House warming gift that turned into nightmare! The Delivery by Fed ex was on time He backed into the driveway and unloaded it directly in front of the garage door. The cars were in the garage and needed to be moved in order to get the new table into the the garage and house. I was able to move the two boxes with the chairs but the table was way to heavy to move by myself . So I had to hire a handy man to help me move the table, in order to move the cars and get the table into the house. So $75 dollars later I got the table in the house and got it assembled in about an hour . And it sitting on the floor upside down! The Next problem was getting the heavy table upright. That took three of us including our son in law. Still not an easy task. Just know it’s one heavy table. But it looks terrific and is abuilt HEAVY table…
