The chest is very attractive. We had an issue with damages due to handling and shipping but Wayfair work with us to a satisfactory resolution. We are very happy with this purchase.

Beautiful piece of furniture! At first, I hoped the wood would look redder, but have come to appreciate the natural brown with its stunning wood grain. It's well-made and very sturdy with lots of room in the drawers. As with all new furniture, the drawers have a particular type of stale/factory smell to them, so I've been airing them out before I store anything in there. There were a few chips and dents on the dresser, unfortunately, with one on the top surface that I find to be pretty visible unless I work on ways to cover it up with item placement. Other issues were on the metal frame which, even though they are small, they are quite obvious, especially with this being placed in such a well-lit room. I'm still very pleased with this dresser, but gave it 4 stars because of the small damages on a piece of furniture with a price tag large enough to warrant higher quality/gentler handling and shipping.

The chest came fully assembled! What a treat! Love the look and it fit perfectly where I planned on putting it. It was packed very well. The only complaint is that the foot levelers there was only three and one was too damaged to use but I managed to get around that. All in all a very nice piece and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a stylish piece of furniture.

I am very unhappy with this product and even more unhappy that Wayfair won’t take the product back, instead telling me the manufacturer makes the decision on returns. Nowhere in the product description was there an indication they would not refund for this purchase. When the chest arrived it was missing a handle, handles were loose, the metal was scratched and wood was cracked. Glue was also on the wood. This chest is very cheaply made and not worth the price.
