Never have I seen such garbage. In fact, calling this thing garbage gives garbage a bad name. The assembly instructions are straightforward, but as you can see from my photos, the drawer pieces don't even fit together. Wayfair made multiple attempts to send replacement parts, all with the same result. Fortunately Wayfair ended up refunding the purchase. After that I tried to make the dresser work by trimming the bottom panel of the drawer by 1/2 an inch. This resulted in being able to assemble the drawers properly. The roller slide pieces attached to the drawers with a perfect fit. Inserting the drawers into the dresser body went as expected. I tested opening and closing the drawers and it appeared I had a functional dresser, even if the drawer slides weren't the smoothest. At this point I begin to put things in the drawers, only to find they are very shallow and don't provide much storage. Not a big deal, I expected to have an empty drawer anyway. I close the top drawer after putting some items in it, only to have the entire thing fall off the rails. Not a big deal, I probably aligned it incorrectly, so I'll just fix that. Nope, that's not the issue, no matter how I adjust the drawer, it falls out of the rails. Same experience for every drawer. Keep in mind, I've actually built dressers from raw wood before, so this is not a case of not being 'handy'. I recommend this dresser to absolutely nobody.

Fed Ex delivered and dumped in my building lobby. The carton was trashed. I am elderly and had to 'walk' the 108 lb box to the elevator and then to my apt. No way to return it as the carton was destroyed. A friend tried to assemble it and got as far as the dresser. I can't assemble the drawers at all. So it's a pile of unusable junk that I will have to pay someone to dispose of. SF is a big city and disposal is is an entire arduous process. I'm very sad that I lost my money and my friend spent an entire night trying to make sense of assembling it.
