Commode double en bois massif à 6 tiroirs 59 po Marle

We just received this item. It’s advertised as “solid wood”, but it’s not. It’s made of cheap engineered wood. The both sides had chips, and the board on the back had to be pushed in because it was coming out. The dresser is light weight and you can easily tell it’s a cheaply made furniture. The description of this item says “solid wood” all over and no mention of MFD or anything else. I wrote to their customer service hoping that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong dresser. Otherwise I askedfor refunds. Will update how things go. 5/27/2021 Update: After a few email exchange, I received a full refund. Thank you.
