Zipper is not heavy duty. The pulling tag broke right off. We used a vice grip, needle nose pliers and side plier trying to get that main zipper to open. It gets caught on the plastic and on the foam. Took us 40 minutes trying to open it. Eventually used a box cutter to gently cut through the nylon cover. Warehouse compression is way to tight. Shouldn't have to be this hard to open a box and unroll a bean bag. 1 star for all the trouble.
