Easy to put together and looks great.

This is a gorgeous and high quality hall tree and I'm very happy with it. Four stars due to the coat hook back board not having predrilled holes (4 each) for the 7 coat hooks. This could be a huge problem for some customers.

Had some difficulty lining a few screws up but other than that a nice piece to add to my cabin

Great piece for the entry way. We added a metal black shoe rack below it. Highly recommend if you live edge wood.

I love this rustic hall tree, it is a nice size and not to difficult to put together.

Item was returned partway through shipping by Wayfair as it was discovered that item was damaged in shipping. Upon actual delivery, the replacement item was also damaged - packing was obliterated inside, wood was chipped and scratched, and iron rods for back of piece were scratched. Unsure whether this is the actual manufacturer fault or FexEx's handling of the item. Wayfair team was good in handling damage claim but am still waiting on return label for shipping. Meanwhile, the olibterated box containing the damaged unit is sitting in my living room, taking up space.

Did not come with holes pre-drilled for the coat hooks. It takes a lot of time and a bit of math to get the spacing correct and drill your own pilot holes.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Pieces were manufactured incorrectly bolt holes on wrong side of wood so bench is upside down. So is shelf. Also unit was previously assembled and multiple bolts are stripped. Looks like we were sent a previously returned item. Wayfair issued full refund.
