This thing is trash. I don't particularly like mid century and I don't typically trust wayfair but it's impossible to escape MCM and I looked up the company that makes this and they seemed okay. In no particular order, the only pieces of solid wood are the legs and the pieces on the bottom they attach to, everything else is manufactured wood with a veneer that they didn't even bother to put on the undersides of the drawer edges. The soft close is awful and the drawers just function poorly and inconsistently. Some have one side that pulls out much farther than the other for some unknown reason and more than one had these rubber tracks with bearings just sitting on the drawer track when I opened them; this one popped out and dropped a bearing. The corners don't match, and to top it off, mine had a nice scratch right on the front of one of the drawers. Don't listen to any of these incentivizes reviews, they're clearly covering for the company. This isn't worth half of the insane price. Returning it immediately.

Gorgeous piece. Solid wood, heavy. Arrived well packaged and only had to put the legs and drawer pulls on. Highly recommend!

It looks fine, and is clearly manufactured. But my biggest complaint is that the dresser is not enjoyable to actually use. First, the drawers themselves have a lot more friction than expected. They don’t easily open or close. Second, there is no “soft close”. The drawer just stops 1/4” before closing, so you need extra effort just to close the drawer flush. “Soft close” usually means you push the drawer so it’s almost closed, and momentum closes the drawer flush quietly. Finally, this dresser is smaller than expected. It’s a stretch to share this between two adults. The dimensions of the product mean that each drawer is just small by volume. I’d recommend comparing the drawer dimensions to a reference before purchasing. I returned this immediately.
