The bed was easy to put together and seems sturdy. However, pray you don’t have any problems that need customer service assistance. It won’t happen. No response after multiple attempts and I wanted to buy 2 additional drawers. Their website is not active so I’m not sure they are even in business. Although it’s a good bed, probably better to go with a different company.

Great quality but the drawers under the bed have a gap between the drawers and underside of bed, so they get really dusty inside, even though we vacuum every week. Makes them unusable.

From Wisconsin I bought this bed with storage. When we put it together, I absolutely love it! The only complaint I have was that we received two "left legs" for the head board, instead of a left and a right leg. It's annoying because you have to call to get the other leg sent which takes an additional week. That's so inconvenient! We wanted to buy one first to see if we like the product before purchasing a second one. We needed two! I went ahead and order a second bed (the same bed). Mind you the price changed by then so we paid more for the second bed! When the pieces arrived, my husband put it together only to realized we were missing one more box! We couldn't put it together. The 4 boxes came within 3 days from the date I ordered! Yet, that last box is going to arrived 5 days later from the date of order? That again it was an inconvenient! The bed itself is nice, and I love the drawers. They are big and sturdy ....but the wrong parts, and delay in shipping for some of the parts was just so annoying!

They say they have customer service. I believe otherwise! We received this bed with 2 drawers. After assembling the first drawer we discovered a badly cracked side piece for the second drawer. The 2 splits (cracks) have movement! I have been trying to get a replacement piece since the beginning of the month. I have reached out to customer service and still have not received a response. They really lack what the words customer service imply. We are moving into our home in less than 2 weeks and are lacking the badly needed storage from that additional drawer!
