Total garbage I have no clue why it’s not eligible for return other than because everyone who buys one wants to return it. Instructions terrible PS it wouldn’t accept my rating without one star. Don’t final product terrible. No one should buy this thing. It’s absolute garbage.

The bed is fine however, leaving the screws exposed when the bed is closed is not very attractive. There should be plugs included to hide the unattractive screws.

A ihandyman put it together. Took him about 2.5 hours. I wasn’t anticipating the amount of time it would take me to carefully remove all of the stickers from each piece (the ones that label the pieces to match the instruction manual) without scratching the delicate finish. That part took me at least another hour, and I accidentally scratched it a bit. Perhaps a different adhesive or labeling system that is less semi-permanent. The springs are…spring loaded…so even with the mattress inside of the structure the door has to be opened with pressure to a certain point or it springs back closed on you. My mattress, 6 inches in depth and also bought on Wayfair, slides down when the cabinet is closed. There is nothing keeping the mattress in place when not it use. Have to figure out a solution for that. Finally, it doesn’t close completely. The door is always slightly ajar at the top. It bugs me a lot.

Not impressed. Back went together fine -front not so much. Panels are so flimsy I'm going to have to cut a piece of plywood for support. I would not buy it again.

I bought it for my basement for when guests come to stay over. It was the perfect size for my basement. The grey matched perfectly with our accent wall. It has lots of parts and should ask for help, but can be done by yourself if you take your time or spread it over 2 days, so as not to tire yourself out.
