I have been wanting this sofa for a while now. CONs: the cup holders are not wide enough and should be lighted, the usb charging ports should be recessed, should have an armrest in the center, heated is nice but adding ventilation would be nice. PROs: all outweigh the cons, very comfortable, supportive and firm yet very comfortable, nice massage, quiet and absolutely beautiful in my space. 100% recommend.

So far the only issue I have is the heat is not sufficient, the lighting is only accessible if the center seat back is down. Otherwise everything is fine.

Its an okay sofa but a bit too firm for my liking. The controls work well and looks very modern and stylish. The lack of lumbar controls make the sofa not as comfortable as I would like but overall it's a good sofa.

Very good. The massage and heated heats are theatrical lights are just not throw ons. They are impressive.
