Unfortunately, it didn’t come with instructions, but I found a video on YouTube that showed me how to put it together. With respect to assembly, the middle tension rod holds the unit together, and at times it felt like it wasn’t long enough to do the job, but it eventually worked. Other than that, the stand is exactly as described. My only concern would be how fragile the other four rods are. If something bumps one of them hard enough, it could cause a tear, which is why I moved the stand further away from traffic.

I love this speaker stand. I love how it looks. My bass speaker fits perfectly on it. I loved it so much I actually purchased this one to replace my other speaker stand damaged in my move to my present address. Thanks.
