The first chair arrived and the frame was bent. The company did send me a replacement and that was better. However, after one month of use (M-F, 9-5) at the office, the chair broke while I was sitting in it. While the chair was fine at first, having only survived one month of use is ridiculous. The up-close photo is trying to show that the base board the screws go into broke and let the screw slide out.
