This couch is great for the money! I put it into one of my stores and everyone says it is the most comfortable couch and many guess it cost over $10k! Great purchase for the money

Buyers please be careful before buying this couch. Size wise, the L side does not line and match up with the R side, to the point where both ends look like they are a part of a different couch altogether. The returns are NOT free (shipping charges are around $80), and they do NOT offer a pick up as well. I am 5ft2” and I cannot load this into my car alone. When I reported my issue to the wayfair support team, noble house reached out to me and said they will help resolve the issue and give me a partial refund or full refund on return, however wayfair team later declined it saying the supplier cannot refund. There is such miscommunication and discrepancy leading to poor customer support and resolution. Never buying from wayfair again.
