The package came on time and was intact. Unfortunately, poor quality with seems open. The color was not as depicted on the picture. I thought I was getting a white or off-white with splash of black and gray. The the white was in fact, muddy brown color will be returning.

I like it, and it arrived as pictured regarding colors and pattern. The ottoman is lightweight yet firm. The only reason I removed a star, was because one arrive with a snag in the charcoal stitching, J & M customer service did replace, however they are requesting I send the defected one back, and it is a bit of a hassell due to me not having a printer because we just moved and not all fedex stores accept the QR code. Just a big hassell

Really great ottoman. Sits a bit hard, and smelled slightly like mildew when opened, but the smell has since gone away
