Im a truck driver. I Opened my order today to assemble after purchasing a year ago. I decided to furnish my home now only to find that my order is missing the arms to my couch. I've tried to contact wayfair and they say its outside of the time frame. Forwarded me to Ligan furniture that says they have no dealings with wayfair. The website does5work. Offered a protection and then said they d onto know if it would be honored. I AM THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED. PLEASE HK NE GET MY MISSING ARMS TO THE COUCH

Please let me know if you could work out a better deal. I was very disappointed in the first place when I was supposed to receive my order for the holidays but ended up receiving it today. This couch is very pretty although it's too short and isn't what we wanted. Shipping the product was for free returning should also be.
