Fantastic table! Really, really gorgeous! The gold is a very shiny polished gold, which I love. I think this is an exceptionally beautiful table. It’s also very easy to put together!

When I first opened the box, I was a little disappointed in the color. Thought it was very brassy. But I felt the same way about table legs that I ordered from Poland for a butcher block table. So, evidently, this is the "new" gold. But after it sat in the dining area for a day, I decided that I liked it well enough. The design is something else, all-together!It is fabulous. The ovals are graceful, and sit on a solid base. The thick glass top has three "cups" that attach to the base with slim stems. The system is very secure, and there is no tipping or sliding that can happen with tops like this. I feel that the table is overprices at $1500, it should be more in the $900 range. You see that I still gave this table 5 stars, and that is because it looks so different from everything else that is out there--sleek and awesome in my space--which is fairly contemporary/glam. If you don't want it immediately like I did, I would wait for a sale. It is paired with the ivory "Cesar" velvet chairs, also from Wayfair.
