I don’t recommend this bookcase. The back was problematic from the install as it is thin cardboard type material. I would give it zero stars because when we went to move it four months later, the bookcase fell apart in our hands. Spend your money on something else.

Horrible quality. All pieces had some sort of damage to them and the holes for screws weren’t even aligned. Would not recommend to anyone.
