Genuine Leather Power Ergonomic Recliner

Beautiful leather, clean lines very nice recliner. Need another one

The chair is mostly made of High Quality materials. Leather is high quality as is the assembly of the arm rest, back rest and seat. The leg raise assembly feels a bit flimsy and the assembly that holds the leather to the leg raise comes disconnected sometimes. Its inconvenient to have to worry about that all the time but I would buy it again.

Quality of the product is not good enough for me Not as Comfortable as I expected it to be I wanted to share my experience for potential customers. I purchased a chair from this company, and unfortunately the motor in the leg rest/recliner stopped working. When I recently reached out for assistance, I was informed that too much time had passed and they were unable to provide repair service. While I understand warranty limitations, I was disappointed that there were no repair options available. I would encourage future customers to keep all purchase records and contact customer service as soon as any issues arise. My experience may not be the same as everyone else’s, but I wanted to share it so others can make an informed decision.

This chair looks beautiful online, in person it missed the mark. The chair wasn't built with perfection and the cushions inside the seat are too thin, my bottom hurts and the leg lift is too small for my legs to be comfortable one side of the chair is higher than the other side and the stiching is poorly done and one side of the chair has a permanent gap. I am returning this chair for a full refund.
