We’ve had this couch for a couple of months now and while it was very nice at first it certainly does not hold up to pet wear and tear. However the one time I need to get a cushion replaced the customer service was excellent and they sent it out right away. However be careful if your pets have nails because they can very easily puncture the sofa when laying or sitting on it. All in all a good purchase but probably not worth the $$$ price.

Love this!!! Looks and feels great especially for the price. I am placing this in a low traffic room so I am hopeful it will wear well and last a few years.

I was looking everywhere for a not cheap looking, comfortable, faux leather couch and this is IT! The assembly was super easy, I did it myself in 30 minutes as a girl. The couch is so chic and stylish. The color is just right, just as described. The cushions are comfortable. I know this is so subjective but I'm someone who doesn't like too soft or too firm. This is just right. Not cheap looking at all, looks very expensive. I know I relied so much on other peoples' reviews when selecting a couch so I hope this helps anyone who is looking!
