After a while the 2nd through the 3rd drawer doesnt glide smoothly. It is getting stuck as we open and close it. Tried to redo everthing from the screws, the metal plate, switching out drawer slots to no avail.

Heavy. Real wood. Decent quality but nothing special. The white is white washed so pine does show through a little. Looks fine for me but others may not like that. Works fine for kids room or maybe a guest room. I personally would buy nicer for master bedroom.

I bought this chest over a year ago and love it. It’s made of solid wood , very sturdy, and most of all plenty storage.
