Horrible quality, wrong color, cracks and chips , bad chemical odour. Worst customer service

The bed itself is really nice. We installed just the out frame, as we have adjustable base which fits in perfectly. Assembly of the frame took us little over 30 minutes. However, at least 3 boards were cracked, which means that if we were to use the bed base parts, it would probably fail to hold the king mattress.
