Aureliu Writing Desk

Very nice! Took about 2.5 hours to build (and some blisters). The instructions were okay. It was wobbly until I realized I needed to tighten done the one screw that looked like you just pushed it down in place.

The images with the product imply that it's made of MDF instead of particleboard. Guess what? It's made of particleboard (except the bottoms of the drawers which do seem to be made of MDF). It's solid and heavy, but due to it being made of particleboard, I'm not sure that it will be able to be moved from its current location without falling apart.

Desk seems to be good quality. Nice finish and well priced.

This desk worked out perfectly for our daughter. It is sturdy and has a modern look, which she liked.

Nice clean looking furniture, my only issue is that I don’t think this will last with wear and tear of a child

Would love to give kt 5 stars bit it came a little discolored in the top of the desk, like paint was uneven. My daughte loves it though. Took allost 3 hrs to put together

Would be perfect if it was made from higher quality materials. The particle board ended up busting out when I installed the wooden dowels, and when I tightened the twist metal fasteners the thermofoil would crack. Luckily none of those ares are noticeable once the desk was finished. The bottom drawer is a bit difficult to open with carpet flooring just because it is so close to the ground. But the drawer slides are smoother than I expected and the desk looks nice once completed. Would be 55 if the particle board were replaced by something more durable.
