Très beau article

Awful quality and customer service. The back brackets don’t even align. The cushions feel like you’re sitting on a rock. Looks nothing like the quality in the pictures online. I returned. They picked it up and a few days later brought it back and left this huge heavy piece of junk on my door step. I was given the run around with several customer service employees making me call FedEx to pick up. FedEx never shows up when they said they’re going to. I call back and now suddenly wayfair DOES have the power to have them come back and get it. If it’s not picked up tomorrow it’ll be in my dumpster. Won’t be ordering from here again

It is very comfortable for what it is. The back support cushions are very cheaply made and look extremely flimsy but they have been holding up very well. It came in 2 boxes. It was very easy to put together but it came with some random hardware that wasnt needed and didnt me sense.

Stiff at first, which is normal. But very comfortable and was easy to put together. Looks great, I’ve fallen asleep on it many times. Had it for almost a year now and has held up well, still feels brand new
