Amazing couch! Easy install for the most part, very cozy and perfect for the new place! Update 123125 couch slats have broken in various places, cushions got flat so I bought extra stuffing for them, sleeper pull out no longer stays up. We weren’t rough with this couch any way shape or form. In the process of looking for a new couch. The storage on this one was great though and that will be missed

The fabric pills very quickly, the foam has not held up and I still have another payment on the sofa. About 10 months into owning this the slats on the center section began to detach, kept slipping between the metal supports and could not be corrected. I tried to find a replacement but nothing on the market fits this, I had to make one myself out of wood from the hardware store and it is nowhere near as comfy as the original.

Worst ever was returned beak in 2 days, not recommending this terrible , very cheap material, ugly color

It has held up decently. It's very pretty and comfortable, but the fabric is ripping on the section that pulls out. We don't use it daily, so this is disappointing. It's in a den type basement room and I'd say it gets used on average 8 hours a week.

The couch serves its purpose, but started to fall apart after a few months use. We are not rough with it. You get what you pay for. The upside is the storage. Plenty of room for blankets and we store board games in it too.
